We produce the sheets
We process your session files in Music Cue Manager, resolve any manual entries, and review the completed workbooks. Usually within 1–2 business days.
Pay and download
You'll receive an email when they're ready. Click the link, pay NZD $50 per sheet, and download your completed files. The link is active for 7 days.
You only pay when the work is done. There's no upfront payment. You'll receive a payment link only after your cue sheets are complete, quality-checked, and ready to download.

Frequently asked questions
What is a Session Info Text file?
It's a plain text export from Pro Tools that contains all the track and clip data from your session: timecodes, durations, clip names. You export it via File → Export → Session Info as Text. No Pro Tools plugins or special setup required.
Which cue sheet formats do you support?
We support APRA AMCOS, PRS, ASCAP, and Netflix templates. If you have a custom cue sheet template, upload it along with your session files and we'll use that instead.
Can I order multiple episodes at once?
Yes. Set the quantity to the number of episodes, upload all of the session files, and we'll produce a cue sheet for each one.
How long does it take?
Usually 1-2 business days, depending on the number of episodes and complexity of your sessions. If your sessions are straightforward and all tracks are from supported libraries, it may be faster.
What if some tracks can't be identified?
If you've included notes about manual entries (e.g. original score), we'll handle them. For anything we're unsure about, we'll contact you before finalising the sheets.
How long is the download link valid?
The download link is active for 7 days after payment. Please download your files within that window. If your link expires, contact us.
Do you offer refunds?
Since the work is only charged when complete, you are not billed until you choose to download. If the delivered sheets are incorrect, contact us and we'll resolve it.
